I’m Gagan, a Lead UX Designer passionate about turning complexity into clarity. Since 2015, I have been designing digital experiences that delight users and drive business outcomes. I have worked extensively on enterprise products where the stakes are high and usability is non-negotiable. My approach combines user empathy, business strategy, and data-driven decision-making to create solutions that truly make a meaningful impact. I bring curiosity and strategic thinking to every design problem.

How I got into UX: I’ve always had a creative mind, from sketching WWE wrestlers as a child to helping my mother with her water paintings. Though I started in Mechanical Engineering to continue my family’s legacy in the steel industry, I realized it wasn’t the right fit. My programming background led me to BNY Mellon Technology, where a UX presentation by the UX Manager sparked my interest. Motivated, I dove into UX through online resources and landed a Junior UX Designer role just two months later. My childhood passion for creativity has been a guiding force in shaping my UX journey.

Outside my work life: I’m a passionate sports enthusiast and enjoy football, cricket, lawn tennis, and field hockey. I played state-level cricket in high school. I enjoy tackling DIY house projects in my free time.
